bid button won’t work on mobile phones

    The Bid Now button doesn’t work on mobile phones I can get it to work on mine if I hold my finger on the bid now button and then open another tab. It works on my laptop and surface just not mobile phones. I have emptied the cache etc but nothing happens if I tap the bid now button. This is an auction for a not for profit group raising money for Breast Cancer so if a fix could be advised ASAP that would be great.

    You are using the Ultimate WordPress Auction Free plugin on your site. We have read your query. The “Bid Now” button does not work on the auction listing page on your site.

    We have checked this issue on our test server. We have checked the auction listing page on the mobile screen. When the “Bid Now” button is clicked, it redirects to the auction detail page properly. We have also checked this issue on the mobile device.?We did not find this issue in the Ultimate WordPress Auction Plugin. We have recorded a video for it. Please check it.

    It looks like it is your site-specific issue. Your WordPress site has a theme and many plugins installed, it might be possible that due to some CSS/javascript conflict on your site, this error is happening. If it is possible for you to share the below details, it would be really helpful to solve your problem.?

    1) How did you display the auction on the below page? Is it the default shortcode page of the auction plugin? Let us know.

    2)?Could you please share which theme you are using and share its zip if it is paid so that we can install and test it in-house?

    3) Please share the plugin list which is active on your site.
