    I don’t know how to contact you directly.

    I have been a customer of yours for a few years.

    I just did something stupid, I renewed a subscription that was in “trial” mode, when it shouldn’t be renewed, I thought it was my main clean talk account that had expired…

    I’m sorry I was wrong. My account already has a current license, and the site I wanted to renew the license for is already linked to my clean talk account.

    I hadn’t seen that I had created a trial account with another email address… Can you refund me please? I don’t need two accounts and paid today unnecessarily.
