verification email sent twice

    Hi,

    Love using your plugin! However since a little while teh verificationn email to new users is sent twice. One of the emails contains a valid linbk, the other doesn’t work. Because they are sent simultaniously, sometimes the first link is valid, and sometimes the second.

    I deactivated all plugins that deal with users or email, but the problem persists. i also i cloned the site to another server, but still get the same problem.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Could you please tell me if you’re using a page builder? If not, try switching a theme and check. Also, I can see you’re using a custom registration form. Could you please try with the default registration form and check the result?

    Hi,

    I deactivated all plugin sand tried again. Still, getting two activation emails, one of which is invalid (probably rendered invalid by the second one…).

    Also, What would you consider a default registration form? I am using the WP user manager form, with a few additional fields… don’t think that should be the problem…

    I am not using a page builder, by the way.

    Extremely sorry for my late response.

    One more thing! What theme you’re using? Our team will try to regenerate and fix the issue with the help of the theme and WP user manager form.

    Hi, Sorry for my late reply. But no, the issue is not resolved.

    I am not using a third party Theme, but built my own bootstrap theme based on the Theme _TK starter theme (https://themekraft.com/wordpress-products/wordpress-starter-theme_tk/).

    Also, as I asked before, What would you consider a default registration form? I am using the WP user manager form, with a few additional fields… don’t think that should be the problem…
