2.xx do not work on mobile phones

    The icons in the BM header have no function on mobile phones. The icons are displayed, but nothing happens. Fatal for the user because he cannot write any new messages, the program is no longer usable so far!

    The following mobile options are activated:

    Enable Full Screen Mode
    Auto open full screen mode
    Hide Possible Overlay Elements

    Turning off the “Hide Possible Overlaying Elements” option displays the menu header (ShiftNav-Menu) from the phone theme, but no BM header with icon, which is just as bad because the user can no longer use Better Messages.

    With version 1.9xx of BM everything was as it should be!

    On the demo website everything works as it should on the phone, just like mine with version BM 1.9xx

    Surely this will be a conflict, however I can’t change my WordPress theme with all its plugins just because there was an update from BM. The new version is no longer compatible!

    I’m using a standard TwentyFourteen theme with UberMenu and ShiftNav, so nothing out of the ordinary.

    The support request in WordPress for BM rarely works, neither with Edge nor with Firefox, otherwise I would have done it already. The submit button is not displayed.

    Is there a download link to version 1.9.xx of BM?

    The current versions do not work, with each update there are new problems.

    Individual translations are no longer displayed and mobile phone users cannot enter text (letter salad) in full-text mode.

    It’s nice that they have a new version, but I have to run a community and have to rely on stable software.
