Hi @galcock36,
Something on your site is preventing WPP from loading, possibly a conflict with one of your other plugins.
Try following these troubleshooting instructions to find out which plugin is causing the conflict and report back.
Also, as a recommendation, when asking others for assistance try and include as much information as possible so we can help. Things like a list of active plugins, reproduction steps, etc. can provide us some insights as to what the problem(s) might be.
I’ve tried many fixes, but no luck. Thank you for the quick response. Here is my debug:

Thanks @galcock36.
Alright, if I had to guess from your active plugins list I’d say that the problem is most likely being caused by WP-Optimize.
Try disabling that plugin for a moment and then check whether WPP can load normally or not, then please report back.
WP-Optimize wasn’t enabled when WPP stopped working, so I don’t think that’s it, but I disabled it anyway – no luck though.
I also ran troubleshooting and couldn’t find any errors when enabling other plugins one at a time.
Well, there’s definitely something interfering with WPP on your site. I highly recommend installing the Health & Troubleshooting plugin and following the troubleshooting instructions as mentioned earlier to find out what plugin(s) is/are causing the issue.
I did that as advised, but I couldn’t find any issue. I installed H&T, ran troubleshooting, turned on only WPP then other plugins one at a time, but no errors.
I did it again and found the issue is a conflict with TaxoPress Pro – which is a very important plugin for me. What can I do?
If the issue persists even with all of the other plugins disabled (except for WPP of course) then:Theme conflict? (Unlikely IMO but won’t hurt to check)If your hosting provider has some some of built-in page/asset caching in place then you may want to review that as well.
Other than that and with the limited info I have about your site I really can’t provide any other suggestions at the moment. You may need to reach out to the people who maintain your website and have them look into this for you so we can figure out what’s going on.Ah, so it was a conflict with another plugin. We’re getting some progress.
Unfortunately I’m not familiar with that plugin, and the “Pro” in its name seems to indicate that it’s a paid plugin so there’s not a lot I can suggest there.
What does this plugin do exactly?

It allows you to create additional taxonomies and do things like create auto links… which I just discovered is the issue!
Once I added an exception for Taxopress autolinks for “.widget popular-posts” it started working again ??
Terrific, thanks for sharing that info. Let’s hope I remember this next time someone comes here to report a similar issue ??
Have a nice rest of the day!
