    Hi Need your help.
I was tinkering with Learndash and i had thought the guided set up was for formatting relating to its own pages. I was horrified to realise it took over my whole site and changed its theme.
I restored my original theme, however when logged in a large section of my footer now appears at the top of the page and my menu is missing so users cannot log in and there are remnants of your original theme in the footer (text).

Very odd because on front page after restoration and logged out the behaviour is gone. However the behaviour exists on other pages thus
    https://www.eqsiq.com/courses-grid/?v=79cba1185463

You can see that despite restoration from backup your courses and therefore other have not been removed and are showing as part of my theme.

Please can you help me remove whatever it is that is causing this behaviour as i thought i had removed your theme completely. Ive tried restoring data pages and large sections of my website and performed a complete WHM backup and flushed caches..but to no avail so im guessing youve injected something somewhere iam missing. CSS? Theme options? I cant find it.

Please come back to meASAP to fix as I go live in approx. 1 week my friends so this is critical
    Thank you.
The theme I inadvertently installed was AstraVersion: 3.9.4
    By Brainstorm Force.

Hi @paulds11, sorry for the delay.

I checked the Homepage and the Course page above. I saw that both pages have the same Footer.

I would suggest you head over to this page that contains all the docs related to this plugin.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi thanks for responding.
Thats very strange behaviour because the page when logged in shows a truncated footer.
    Very odd.

Also I notice when logged in I also see remnants of the rogue theme, the courses are not removed also.

Iam investigating now with my theme designers who hopefully will sort this all out, as during restore there were anomalies and somehow front page isn’t showing in PAGES, so i fear some duality of databases with almost similar names exists.
Ill come back to you for more assistance if the designers cannot sort this out.

PS. Strong rebuke to the team who programmed this theme. It has been designed with poorly observed WordPress protocols. 7 days lost to this. Im meant to launch before Xmas. so you can imagine the stress and the money Ive shelled out for extra support. Not nice.

Thank you for reaching out. stand by.

    Hi @paulds11,

If what you have done on the backend doesn’t reflect on the frontend, mostly it’s due to the cache.

As regards to the delay, while we are sorry about that, please refer to what we mentioned here.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
