Context needed for ”changes requested” occurrences

GlotPress has added a new feature about requesting changes in a string translation. That added a few new strings to be translated in its own translation project. The issue here is that one cannot guess which strings are success/failure messages for the requester and which one are status/notification strings for the translator/editor/GTE. “changes requested” might work for both cases in English, other locales might need a bit of context for each case.
