Problem the product brand do not show

Good day i installed your free plugin everything was working correctely now all the products brand do not show when you click on brand .I delete and reload a new fresh plugin still do not work then I went to themeforest buy your plugin for 7$ installed the plugin still do not work.I try to contact you via you web site contact form on your website phone number facebopk no answer…can you help me resolve this I am supose to lunch the website tomorow I done a lot of work on the site. that situation create me a lot of problem and frustration can you help please Plus I hire a technical guy with is one of the best can’t figure out why it act like that this is not funy for me make me lost some money it seem to be on you side.. let me know
