OverDrive Covers/Image Server

    Hi, thank you for creating this fantastic plugin! I am trying to create a bookshelf for an OverDrive collection and I am having trouble configuring the image server. In my current configuration I am using Baker & Taylor (blank user and password) for the image server and this works, but this does not seem right and I would like to pull images from OverDrive using “Other” for the image server. I have tried several configurations using the {ID} parameter in the URL but have not been successful.

    Is anyone else pulling images from OverDrive that you could share a URL example?

    Preferred Bookshelf Settings:
    Catalog System: Overdrive
    Catalog Domain Name: beehive.overdrive.com
    Image Server: Other
    Image Server URL Example: ????

    Thanks, I’m glad you like the plugin!

    You will not be able to use images directly from Overdrive, since Overdrive image file URLs do not contain ISBNs (unless they have some API I’m not aware of).

    I suggest trying OpenLibrary. I see your catalog already uses some OpenLibrary images. It may not have all the images you are looking for, but you can always add them and improve the database.
