Can’t install Jetpack

    Hi!

    I’ve been trying to install Jetpack for a few days, but each time I click the button “Install now” after a few seconds a message pops up:

    “Installazione fallita: Impossibile copiare il file. jetpack/modules/custom-css/custom-css/js/core-customizer-css.core-4.9.js”

    Is the problem my website or is it the plugin?

    Hi @rubinof

    Can you access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the whole /jetpack/ directory there?

    Once that’s done, you should be able to reinstall Jetpack normally from Plugins > Add New in your site’s Dashboard.
