Salesforce Integration into Cforms

I LOVE Cforms, and I’ve been using for quite a while. Recently there has been a rise in popularity in CRMs, specifically Salesforce.

I wrote the followng post about how to adapt Cforms so that forms submitted via your wordpress cfroms form can be pulled into Salesforce as a Web-to-Lead.
