Yoast causing 500 Server error on LearnDash

    Yoast is creating 500 server errors on LearnDash Essay Edit post pages:

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Argument 1 passed to Yoast\WP\SEO\Integrations\Third_Party\Zapier_Free::add_publishbox_text() must be an instance of WP_Post, string given, called in /www/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 308 and defined in /www/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/src/integrations/third-party/zapier-free.php:43

    To reproduce:

    1. Create an Essay question in LearnDash.
    2. Have a student in the course fill out the essay question and submit.
    3. As the admin or group leader, edit the essay to grade it. The edit post page is a bit wonky looking and missing the Update button as well as the screen options tab not working. View the Console tab in the Inspect tool to see the 500 error also view server 500 error logs.

    Hello Angela,

    I’m sorry about the fatal error. Does the error occur if you toggle the button to disable the Zapier integration in WordPress > Yoast SEO > Integrations?

    Yoast fixed this issue in the latest update.

    Hello,

    I have a problem opening my website. it shows :

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    I read some instructions how to fix it but unfortunately I am not a techie at all! Somebody built the website for me and I can’t get ahold of this person anymore.

    Where can I get help?
