Phenomenal Customer Service

10Web’s service is by far among the best I’ve experienced in the tech world by far- possibly as amazing as the beginning days of Apple CS. And their App is hands down the ONE that worked!

I downloaded their App after days of trying to optimize my site’s speed and tons of YouTube videos telling me to download every App developed- NOTHING worked. Luckily, I ran across 10Web and had to uninstall all previously useless Apps, to have their’s finally work.
The scores improved but my site’s speed was still lagging.

I contacted Customer Support and they worked with me until the issue was resolved and my site was FAST! Through it all, their Customer Service Reps [shout out to Mane and all involved] were SUPERB!

NOTE OF CAUTION though: As of Nov 2022, their app had conflict with Flodesk optins and overrides Flodesk codes automatically. So if you use Flodesk, your Optins will be altered and won’t work. 10Web is working in this issue and told me to they will keep my case open & ready to be resolved in future iterations! So I had to pause using it but they got me to a place where it was faster than ever and all worked! AMAZING!
