Bulk Redirect Feature not working?

    I have 15.000 posts that I want to delete and 401 redirect.

    Here are the steps I take

    – Go to the posts.
    – Bulk select the posts I want deleted.
    – From the “Bulk Actions” drop-down menu I choose redirect
    – Immediately I am redirected to Rank Maths redirect feature. All the links I’ve chosen are there.
    – I choose the 401 redirect, hit the Activate button and..

    Only the first post of the 150 I’ve chosen get’s redirected (instead all 150 of them).

    Why is that?

    Thank you for contacting support.

    After adding the redirection for multiple URLs in the list we only show the first one, but if you open the redirection you should all of the others there and the redirections should work.

    Could you please check if the additional URLs are added to the list when you open that specific redirection?

    Indeed when I click to edit the redirection I see all the links.

    Btw, I would appreciate if you pointed me to a step by step tutorial on how to bulk redirect like 10.000 posts at once.

    Hello @paulgiorkas32,

    The best option for that might be using a CSV file to create all the redirections and then import them to our plugin using the import options in the Redirections module.

    Also, please note that when dealing with so many redirections, you might see a performance hit on your website, so you might consider adding those redirections to the server configuration file if you experience this.
