Unable to add second address information using contact form 7

    I’m attempting to automate my customer information with Contact Form 7, however I’m unable to get the second address information to link as expected:
    secaddr1
    secaddr2
    ect.

    In addition I have created a custom address field: Location Name location-name and this field is also not being updated when submitting the contact form.
