Duplicated Entries

    Hello,
    Each time a user completes and submit a form I get 2 times that same entry.
    Entries have the same date and time, the only difference is the ID.

    when you scroll to the bottom of the page, click ‘request a quote’ and I get the same thing happening. The form style/look itself is great though!
    How can I fix this?

    Hi @sosdesigns,

    I couldn’t replicate the issue with the given export. Could you please check whether you have Ajax Enabled?

    If yes, please check does it make any difference if you change that to “Page Load” under Behaviour > Submission Behaviour > Method and change from “Ajax” to “Page Reload”?

    Also, check how the form behaves when you have “Load form using AJAX” enabled/disabled under the “Behaviour” tab.

    If the issue is still the same even after that, please check and let us know whether you could replicate the same issue if the form is loaded on a page or post and whether the issue isn’t specific to the popup.

    Hi Nithin,

    Changing to Load form using Ajax appears to have fixed the issue.
