Side note: From the site’s System Status Report, I notice that Google Listings and Ads: von WooCommerce – 2.2.1 is in the list of inactive plugins, while the
ELEX Google Shopping Plugin: von ELEXtensions – 1.2.5 in the list of active plugins. Kindly note that it is recommended to only use 1 Google shopping plugin.

Kindly note that you will need to connect your site to WordPress.com when setting this plugin. To help you with this connection, you can use the Jetpack plugin (It is not mandatory, but it is an option). Once you have connected Jetpack and signed into a WordPress.com account, please go through the Google Listings & Ads setup again.
