Please help me out

I installed this plugin on my website and I did all settings including advanced settings. It’s caused a fatal error on my website and not even the host has been able to locate the problem. Even after deleting the plugin from the control panel, it’s settings have still remained active and for the last one week, my website has not been functioning at all, neither can I access the administration dashboard. I need instant help!
