Random image widget ads ‘amp’ in to my links

When I enter link on Random image widget that can be clicked on image and follow it, it ads ‘amp;’ after the &.
For example link like this: https://website.com/pageUrl?utm_source=website&utm_medium=banner&utm_campaign=page_m5
Becomes: https://website.com/pageUrl?utm_source=website&utm_medium=banner&utm_campaign=page_m5How to fix this?
