UM Action Not Working

    Hello,

    In my website user list UM action not working.

    For example select “Deactivate” menu from UM action dropdown list and click apply button but the status not changed.

    But the staging site everything is working correctly

    I am already check with deactivate all plugins excluding UM plugin and theme change to storefront.

    But unfortunately the problem not resolved. My humble request you please help me.

    Do you use same web hosting server for both staging and production site?
    Do you have any web hosting server side caching active on the production site?

    This issue is already resolved when I click clear cache from UM dashboard.
