    Good afternoon. I’ve found a problem. If the plugin is enabled it breaks the encoding.

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    Can you please go to Performance>Page Cache, scroll down to the Advanced area, and under the Charset: enable the “Disable UTF-8 blog charset support” checkbox, save all settings and purge the cache and let me know if the problem persists?
    This should resolve issues with incorrect odd character encoding that may appear in cached pages.

    Nevertheless the problem appears again if I make the following steps:
    – clear cache site;
    – reload the site in the desktop web – browser (button F5);
    – clear browser cache (ctrl +F5).
    The problem appears again after these steps

    Can you please share if the issue persists if you disable the Page Cache?
    Try disabling Page Cache and make sure that the W3TC rules are at the top of the .htaccess.
    Re-enable the Page Cache and purge the cache, and let me know if the problem persists.

    If I switch from the Disk:Enhanced cache method to the Disk:Basic, then the problem goes away. What can be wrong?

    Can you please share if you are on an Open lite speed server or using enterprise?
    The idea is that his content-type should be text/html; charset=UTF-8
    Remapping the response to utf-8 helps, and you just need to check with your hosting provider and force it via .htaccess.
    Alternatively, you can use memory-based caching like Redis or Memcached which does not require rewriting.

    Thank you for your feedback.
    This is related to your environment. Disk: Enhanced serves cached pages using the server’s URL rewriting capabilities, skipping PHP and WordPress entirely.
    The problem is in the rewrites I would advise reaching out to your hosting provider to force this or as mentioned before use alternate caching methods.
