create file date and time

hello, thank you for your wonderful plugin.
I would like to ask if it is possible in the begging of file to have a “timestamp”??
like:
<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
<mywebstore>
<created_at>2010-04-08 12:32</created_at>
…
i want to use it on skroutz.gr and as i saw at skroutz help files it is necessary.
The template not add it in xml.
