Select which product categories to show on Shop Page

Yes, you can select which categories you want to have displayed on the Shop page. If you are using a Query Loop block on that page, you can use the filter section in your sidebar settings and add the categories you want to have displayed in the Query Loop on that page. No worries. I see you are in the Customizer in your screenshot. I was on a Page. Can you open your Shop Page and try doing it there? I assume your shop items are being displayed by a Query Loop block? I have changed my theme to a Classic theme and made another screen recording: https://cloudup.com/cBdtyiUWqd2

Now I see, you are using WPBakery Page Builder. I would then suggest asking there support team
