    Hi @sirade

Source server = Website where you created the backup.
Destination server = Website where you’re trying to restore particular backup.

On your destination server disable PHP CLI:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save mentioned section

Your first code BMI-tnM2OXEN-16228 had issue with download on source server side.
You should be able to resolve the issue by going to the website where you created your backup and toggle one setting.
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    – No need to make new backup (unless it’s not visible on the backup list).
    3. Save “Other options” section
    4. Go to your Destination Server and process with restoration once again.

Backup list can display only valid backups, if the backup is not displayed on your backup(s) list within our plugin settings, that mean the backup may be damaged and it’s not possible to use particular file for restoration.

Your second code BMI-Dkp2QkKI-40605 it may be possible that the backup is actually broken, above you can learn how to check if the backup is restorable.

In any case when the backup is not displayed and you need to make new one.

Apply these settings for new backup on source server:
Open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e
    – Save first section once you do that

Then follow these steps on the website where you created your backup:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w (in case you didn’t)
    5. Save “Other options” section

Once backup finish, check if it’s visible on backup(s) list and copy backup URL from here.
After that you can start restoration with Super-Quick Migration module once again.

If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
Once you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.

You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you ??
