    Hi,

    > It has been working fine up until this weekend.

What changed on your site in that timescale? Which plugins were updated? This plugin? Others? Both?

    Hi David,

Due to the recent WP6.1 rollout, there have been 24 plugin updates – https://www.screencast.com/t/OBGVaI0bCaE

iThemes security Pro – 2FA setting was already off.

The conflict maybe with BuddyBoss. Is it compatible?

    Thanks.

I don’t know if I’ve heard of BuddyBoss before. There are no references to it in our plugin’s description or source code, so I can say that we’ve never made any specific effort to look into it. So your best bet is probably to roll back individual plugins, empty caches, and then re-test.

The error message in your screenshot is a phrase found in WordPress core – it’s not one found in our plugin. It indicates there was a problem flagged with the login before our plugin was reached in the login flow.

Thanks David, do you know if the plugin is going to be compatible with WP6.1.1 rollout tomorrow?

Compatible with the default login page on WP 6.1.1? It should, be, since WordPress core X.Y.Z releases are only meant to fix bugs.

    Thanks David,

Just to reiterate, that this 2FA error was only for 1 Admin user.

Any ideas why that would show?

    Thanks.

Everything works for other admin users? If that’s so, then likely the actual situation is what the error message says: WP core is telling him that he mis-typed his login details.
