Meta key for profile photo

    Hi!
    Is there a way to invoke the profile pic, so every logged-in user can see it in the site header?
    I’m using oxygen and tried with both “user pic” and custom field

    in the first case, it only shows the gravatar, which is odd since I see the UM uploaded pic in the profile (frontend and backend).
    In the second, I tried with several things like “profile_photo” and “user_avatar_small”, but with no luck.
