• I have tried all of the major LMS platforms on WordPress. First off there is no single do it all solution. Each platform has its pros and cons. What I value is an honest and reputable company that stands behind its product. Here are the honest problems I am having.

    1. Pre-sales support for basic questions is reasonable but after your purchase and a problem occurs that is beyond their help, you will get radio-silence.
    2. I have had to upload my entire curriculum, modules, quizzes on several occasions because the developer could not find a solution.
    3. Content, particularly quizzes that students submit are often incomplete or crash with some “Divide by zero” error- no idea what that means.
    4. Exporting data results in overrun file with no proper spacing or commas. I have spent hours in excel manually adding spaces to CSV files. The developers have no interest in amending this. This is another red flag when buying a LIFETIME license. Once they have your funds, they have zero incentive to fix future problems. It just becomes a numbers game for them.
    5. Refunds – well let me just say that despite their refund policy, they will find every reason not to give you a refund even if you are within their guidelines.

    My advice – find a product run by a honorable company and stay away from this shady one.

    3. Which quiz type did you create? Can you share more details of the error you noticed.

    4. Which data did you export? Quiz data or student progress data?

    5. We always ask our users to read refund policy and recommend them to try our plugins before purchasing.

    We reproduce every issue reported by our users and resolve them in future updates. We do not leave out any technical issues unresolved as we update our plugin almost every two weeks. You can share more details of the issues you faced and we ensure you they will be resolved as soon as we can but we can’t resolve your child theme issues or custom theme issues if you are using such a custom theme that uses a customized version of Tutor LMS.
