Paid registration for sellers based on products quantity

    Hello there,
    I need an advise. My idea is that on my Woocommerce marketplace users have free registration until they add more than 3 products. After that I wish to show some message e.g. “You must buy a subscription” with the link to a payment page.
    Tell me please is there any such plugin or this feature need to be implemented?
