    hi,

I have been using this plug-in for a long time but suddenly I have a Very unstable problem with receiving completed orders email, I receive for email for new orders but not complete orders.

I have tested email settings in WooCommerce admin and everything is fine there,
I have the above test site with a fresh installation of wordpress and WooCommerce 7.1

any idea why I’m not receiving completed orders status ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Howdy @fimo66,

i have not heard anything, so i installed the
WP Mail SMTP plugin to have my site sending receving mails from woocommerce again…

I’m glad that the email functionality came back to normal, after doing so. I’ll go ahead with marking this thread as resolved now; feel free to open a new one, should you need anything else.

    Hi @anastas10s

Do you know of this issue from the woocommerce plugin – i was able to send, receive mails
in the past without having to install wp mail smtp, but last week it stopped working unless i installed the above plugin ?

    Hello @fimo66,

WooCommerce relies on the wp_mail() function to send and receive emails which is part of WordPress core.

Installing a dedicated SMTP server which you’ve already done is the easiest and the best route to solving any email problems.

You can reach out to your host and ask them to help you troubleshoot this as it’s not a WooCommerce-related problem.

Alternatively, you can check the self-troubleshoot guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/

    Hope this helps!
