Attributes Brand and UPC not propegating

    Hello

    It appears Google listing AD’s is not picking up my product data for manufacturer (brand) and UPC (GTIN) attributes from my 100’s of products and adding them to its section for uploading via content API.

    It would be tedious go and transfer it all to the Google Listing and Ads section of the product data.

    Is there a way to expedite this process?

    I understand that the brand and GTIN attributes are not being synced to your products, is that correct?

    Furthermore, can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

    Hello,

    Thanks for sending the system report.

    May I ask can you temporarily disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Google Listings and Ads, once they are only active, does it work? Please let us know what you find.

    Please note I was using an earlier version then 2.14 and 2.1.20 and it was working fine before.

    Also, all my listings were being approved before, even though they were adult, and now they are being disapproved.

    After I disable all the plugins, how do I reset the plugin so it propagates again?

    Hi there!

    If you want to force a new sync and try again, you can go to the following link:
    https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page

    Note: Change from example.com to your site URL.

    There you should see the option “Sync All Products with Google Merchant Center” and sync the products for testing.

    Side note: With the new version of google ads and listings, I have set the following two attribute flags

    1st I set the attribute flag ADULT for all categories
    1nd I set the attribute flag for age group to Adult

    When I click sync all products as suggested above, I get a critical error, you can view the woo commerce fatal error log at the link below:
