The cookie banner doesn’t load on home page

Hi, the cookie banner won’t load on my homepage https://travelsurfrepeat.com/. When I visit other pages, it shows up. I’m using Polylang, and https://travelsurfrepeat.com/ is the home page for the default language. The home page in the second language is here https://travelsurfrepeat.com/cs/, and the cookie bar also shows up there.
