Edit the item a shortcode links to?

Hi,
I am trying to update a page of a website I didn’t build. The list of items is on the page as shortcode and I want to add new things to the list, but can’t find a way of doing it. I was thinking I could find the source of the shortcode and edit it from there but I am not having much luck with that either. Does anyone have any ideas? I am new to website building so not familiar with FTP (I saw someone mention it somewhere)

Hi, thank you for your help so far! This is what I found, sorry I am unfamiliar with code. It is showing products on the all eliquid category but the category these products belong to isn’t listed. Does it automatically list categories that exist on the website and it for some reason isn’t showing here, or do I need to add it manually? If so how would I do that?

Perhaps as another category, with the disclaimer at the top of the page when the discontinued category is selected?
Apologies for all the questions, I am clueless when it comes to code so maintaining a website I haven’t built myself is a challenge to say the least!
