Debug showing one popup is initialized, others are not on the same page

    Hi,

    I have 4 popup-up on the same page. Only one is initializing when I look into the debug menu.
    I’ve checked the triggers conditions, the targeting menu dans the cookies. All is setup as it should…

    All the popup up have :
    – Triggers : Click opens (with the right class)
    – Targeting : All pages
    – Cookies (none)

    I’ve tried to disable all plugins exept PopupMaker, same problem.

    Hi @louis_dea,

    We checked your page and can confirm that only one popup is being initialized.

    Are all 4 popups enabled?

    Can you also try the following for us?

    – Temporarily deactivate your third-party plugins except for Popup Maker and switch the theme to WordPress Twenty Twenty-Two.
    – (Note: Please also deactivate any security plugin that can also cause to block loading the files from Popup Maker)
    – Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hi Kim,

    I did all that (deactivate plugins, switch theme, clear all caches) and same problem.

    What’s weird is that the last popup I save in WordPress CMS, will be the one that will be shown and initialized on the front end. The 3 others won’t work. If I save one of the other 3, it will be this one that will be initialize.

    That’s certainly weird. Have you tried reinstalling Popup Maker?

    Same thing. I deleted the plugin and recreated the popups, and I’m having the same issue.. ??
