    Hi,

    The below pages not opening in admin panel. It is showing ‘The application did not respond in time.’

    But the other pages are opening. It is happening in our live server only. not staging/dev.
    What will be the problem in wordpress?

    Hi @hemasusi

    Could you please confirm if this is not affected by other plugins? You can confirm that by deactivating all plugins except PublishPress Capabilities.

    Hi,

    Actually two pages are not opening. One is capabilities page and another one is APi LOgs List page.
    Our server team confirms that, this will happen when there is slow performance, slow code.
    But can do anything in Production site.

    Anyone help?

    You can do that on staging site so you can safely debug the issue.

    Hi,

    Recent versions of Capabilities plugin (2.5.1, 2.5.2, 2.6.0) Roles page showing error ‘The application did not respond in time.’

    But when i revert the version & activate the 1.10 version, it is working.

    What is the reason ?
    Is the latest version compatible to WP 6.0.2 and Woo 6.6 ???

    Hi,

    Simple, the issue in the recent version of Publ.Cap plugin. The page loading is too long and says application timeout. The slow php log having below errors. i.e This is causing the slow performance and not displaying the page.

    The error log does not contain really helpful information. Could you please try it with new fresh WordPress installation to see if you still can replicate it?
