    Dont buy the pro version if you are unsure if you are going to use the plugin and just want to check their functionality. As you will not get your refund!

    I have logged the refund request a day after I bought the pro version and their support is still getting back to me with answers like these

    Actually, one of our team members who handle the refunds was away because of sickness, and thus it added up to the time of the procedure for the refund. Usually, it doesn’t take this long for us to get back with your refund request, but this instance is an edge case that never happens. We always reach out to you as soon as we can, but due to the current scenarios, it is taking more time than usual.

    We agree that it has taken more time, and you have also contacted us multiple times regarding your refund request, which should not have been the case. Your patience and cooperation are always appreciated and valued. We will be getting back to you shortly regarding your procedure.

    All I am saying is this has now been going on for 2 weeks. With no timeframe on refund. So if I can help anyone here – dont buy it!!! If their support is this bad in refunds its overall bad I can bet on it!!!!

    They have now come back to me with sincere apologies and made the refund. It was due to sickness that their support wasn’t up to date.
