    Hello, we are using Tutor LMS.
    Is there a way we can pre-sell a course? I mean can students buy a course individually but not access the course or can we lock the content?
    As some of our courses are not finished yet but we are already running campaigns, we have tried to make the course private but it didn’t work as when we make private its not showing on the front end.

    So we want to collect payment as a pre-order but lock the course for a specific day for a few courses.
    Please assist. [Can you recommend a 3rd party plugin compatible with Tutor lms if it works]

    Hello @rahmatanik,

    You can enable “Course Preview” feature to allow users to view one or few lessons for free before they place order for the entire course. You can schedule your lessons using “Content Drip” so they can’t access the lessons until a calendar date chosen for the lessons.

    You can also create a prerequisite course before they can access a subsequent course so you will have enough time to create, edit and publish a secondary level of course while they would have access to primary level course but no access to secondary prerequisite course.

    Hello, thank you for your help. yes, I can use the content drip, but is that possible to schedule the whole course instead of individual lessons?
    Putting dates on specific lessons is very time-consuming so if we can put a date for the whole course that would be easier for us.

    Hello @rahmatanik,

    You can change publication date but it won’t appear on the frontend until that date is reached. I will discuss this with my team to see if we can enhance this feature.

    Sorry no other alternative available now other than “Content Drip” that allows you to lock the lessons for specific calendar date.
