Contact Form Issues

    Not sure where the problem is. Need advice please.

    I filled out my “contact us” form 4 times yesterday with different emails and only got one email back. If even one of the four got to me doesn’t that mean I have the backend information correct on the website? Where could my problem be?

    Check if it works with a plugin like WP Mail SMTP

    You are using the built in contact form from the Enfold premium theme. If one of the emails is arriving, then that suggests the credentials are correct. Besides the suggestion by interere, you could try disabling the plugins and then test, to rule out a conflict. The Enfold support forum is worth searching for clues on how to troubleshoot based on previous support requests. Or you can post a support request with them assuming that your theme licence is still active.
