I just called with one of their staff from Meta Pro Team and yes, they aware with this issue. Now they’re trying to escalate this issue to their technical team and will tell me ASAP once this issue solve.

Are they finally owning up to their own bug?

I have the pixel installed on another website with the old version of the plugin and it’s working just fine! Chatted with customer support yesterday but they were useless!!!

Same issue. Apparently Meta has fired a few too many employees.

The same issue here ?? before it worked, but since the update to version 3.0.8 (2 weeks ago) I experience this issue as well. Hope they will fix it soon!

Thanks for raising the issue. We have figure out the root cause and working on fix. The fix is on the Meta side, and you will not have to update anything once we release the fix.
