    Hi @andreu,

Just to verify, is it happening for all your orders?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi,

No, in general it works fine. It happened to this specific order.

I paste the status here: https://pastebin.com/MPtpMxLr

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    Hello,

Upon checking the screenshot, it appears that the third attempt was successful:

The first 2 attempts to run the SCA authentication failed, and the third one was success, the transaction ended up being successful, that could happen and depends on several factors related to the payment method being used (For example the payment amount). The financial institution is the entity that decides if the payment will be success or not.

    Hi,

Yes, that’s whay I saw. But in that case, why WooCommerce does not receive the payment confirmation from Stripe? It is because previously it has received a Failed payment notification and Stripe does not notify WooCommerce anymore?

    Thanks

    Hi @andreu

Can you please provide the latest Order Notes? What is the current status of the order in WooCommerce right now? Is it still an order failed while the payment was confirmed in Stripe?

If you could please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, that would help us troubleshoot.

    Hi,

Current status is Failed, these are all the order notes we have: https://snipboard.io/kZjvPA.jpg

In WooCommerce > Status > Logs we don’t have any Fatal Errors at that time.

    Thanks

    Hi there @andreu ??

Thanks for clarifying further. Happy to help you with this!
From what I gather, whilst the order payment status changed eventually to “successfully completed” in Stripe’s dashboard, the same was not true for the WooCommerce dashboard. Correct?

Could you check the settings under “Transaction Preferences” and let us know of them, please? Here is the related documentation on it, for reference:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#does-stripe-support-authorization-and-capture

Additionally, step 9 in the guide linked below, details what is enabled by default, regarding payment authorization and capture:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#setup-and-configuration

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know. We’re happy to help.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
