Fatal error importing

Hi, your memory limit is exceeded.
1. the limit in the .htaccess is set to low -> check if you can find a file called “.htaccess” the . is important, this should be in one of those folders /htdocs/clickandbuilds/cucinaconrob22/
If you find this file (it is a hidden file you have to activate seeing hidden files if you use f.E. FTP) check if there is a line that says “memory_limit: 124M” try to raise that to 192M
If this doesn’t work:
2. your hosting plan does not include the required memory -> contact your hoster to upgrade your plan

It remains one of them:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 127926272) (tried to allocate 25483256 bytes) in /homepages/22/d939725119/htdocs/clickandbuilds/cucinaconrob22/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-importer/parsers/class-wxr-parser-simplexml.php on line 27

Memory limit substituted up to 1024 in php.ini, symbolic coll. created

upload_max_filesize=1024M;
post_max_size=1024M;
memory_limit=1024M;

Then, talking with hosting, they said they have 512M limit. It seems high confronted to the 192M suggested. Are we sure there isn’t anything else we can check?

Ok hosting (another operator) give me un upgrade and it was ok your suggest, thank you so much. It doesn’t import photos. Can I understand why, please?
