Portfolio Tab Disappeared from Admin Dashboard

  • Hi, the portfolio tab has disappeared from my admin dashboard. I’ve tried going to Settings > Writing, but there’s no ‘Post Types’ option here.. can someone please help?

    What do you mean by ‘Portfolio tab’? Is it the link that allows you to edit the content of the ‘Portfolio’ page on your website?
    It would be easier if you could upload a screenshot somewhere, and copy the link into a message here.

    You are using Elementor with WordPress. If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel.     Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    I mean the option to display a portfolio on my website has disappeared completely. I’ve uploaded screenshots on my webpage here, see there’s no portfolio option on the dashboard:

    I will contact elementor but I don’t think it’s an elementor issue

    Did you use a plugin to add a portfolio to your website? Something like the Elementor Pro’s Portfolio widget or Portfolio for Elementor?

    which plugins are active on your site?
    maybe you are using JetPack plugin for your Portfolio.

    I have a lot of plugins, but I have already tried deactivating all of them and it didn’t make any difference..
    I do have the jetpack plugin installed, but I can’t see anything about portfolio on the backend, where would this be located?
