Language selection Menu & Canvas with WPGlobus

    I need some tips or help for the WPGlobus 2.10.5 switcher in the menu.
    Since there are problems with the display of the dropdown menu in the Kadence theme 1.1.31, I would like to set only the language you can select!
    If German is set, you see the English selection and if English is set, you see the German selection.

    Then in the mobile canvas menu there is the problem that only one language is displayed, but there the DropDown does not go (no arrow), here the same function should be set as described above.

    Would be happy about tips or help, thanks

    You mention that there are problems with the display of the dropdown menu in Kadence 1.1.31. Do you mean the color selectors Dropdown Navigation in the header? I know there were some issues with the color selectors in the Customizer, but we addressed them, as far as I understand. Do you mean there is an issue with the front-end display of the dropdown navigation menus? Is this an issue you’ve raised with support? If so, I’d love to know more about your ticket. If not, do you have screenshots that show the problem you face?

    Hi Gilbert,

    no there is no ticket, support has not been contacted by me yet as I am not sure if it is theme or plugin issue.
    The drop down menu in mobile view does not show any selection, it has no arrow.

    Thanks for the screenshot. I think I have a better understanding. It appears the navigation menus are performing as expected from the theme’s side. I am unfamiliar with WPGlobus in practice. However, after reviewing your site, I think the plugin also works as I expect it to. When I click on the Deutsch link, the text is in German. When I click the English link, the text is in English. I don’t think they appear the way you want in the mobile navigation, but I recommend you reach out to WPGlobus to determine how you should set the links, so the German link displays when English is selected and vice versa.

    If they mention that something with the Kadence header conflicts with their plugin, let us know, and we could work with you to help make it work. However, from what I see, you may need to adjust the plugin settings to cause your links to appear in the correct language.
