I’ve just install the latest version from the svn and when the ins6all finished i went to the login page, and i got this strange message…

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: __() in /home/marcossc/public_html/dsgn/wp-admin/index.php on line 3

This is making reference to the line that says: $title = __('Dashboard'); . any ideas?

  • For one, if you are using svn files you should be looking to the testers list for all support issues, not here.

Two, that looks like you have not uploaded correctly or you failed to delete before uploading the new files.

    (And it’s NOT a bug)

I’m no expert, but I assume if you use SVN’s youd’ have some knowledge of what that is about, if not why download it only to say it’s buggered?

If you don’t know what you’re doing, perhaps it might be wise to stick with ethe very good stable release.

Ok, dont get mad is just a question… that is why it is a support forum, right?
I’m sorry i’ve said it is a bug but i’ve checked all the files and couldn’t find a solution so i asked to check if someone had the same “issue”.
    Anyway, thxs for your time…
