Doesn’t work WP6.1

The plugin doesn’t work for me in WP 6.1 (tested on WAMP so far, PHP8.0). Nor the filter alone that other sources suggest:

add_filter( 'wp_upload_image_mime_transforms', '__return_empty_array' );

Please advise how to fix this.
