How to Remove Attachments From Email Notifications

    Hello, is it possible to remove attachments from emails (as when a zip file is uploaded to a ticket, the emails with these files attached get blocked by our clients mailing service)?

    We used to have it where it would show there are attachments links at the bottom of the email where if clicked it downloaded from the website but this seems to be have been replaced with actually attaching the files now?
