Hi guys!
I have the same problem… All gifcards are visually applied, but effectively they are not applied and end up at checkout making the customer pay the total amount of the order without the supposed discount.

Has anyone found the solution?

It sounds like you may be using a payment gateway that isn’t compatible with the gift cards plugin.

Can you send us a WooCommerce system report and we will see if there is something that we can do regarding the third party payment gateway. Log into your WordPress admin are and click on WooCommerce -> Status -> Get System Report. You can just send the “Active Plugins” section since that is what we need to see.
