We have checked this case with the latest WordPress version and noticed that everything works fine in this regard.
I mean, popups work correctly?

So, please provide us with screenshots of the tabs (General, Settings, Styles, Limitation Users) where the options can be displayed for further investigation of this case.
Also, please let us know whether you are currently using the Cache plugin or not.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I think I didn’t express myself properly. The popup works, but I can’t open the dashboard for editing. When I click “edit” a blank page opens with the following link in the browser bar:

Unfortunately I can’t find a reason

since the last update of WordPress in popup box we have added contact form 7 which is not working proper please tell me what is the issue.

Please let us know what you mean by saying?that the plugin is not working.?
Please clarify the problem you are experiencing?by providing us with screenshots (in case the problem is connected to our plugin, and not the one you are mentioning).
Also, please provide us with the link, where the given popup is enabled for further investigation of your case.

Besides this, please let us know whether the error occurs when you insert the form into another separate post or not. 

By the way, please feel free to open a new topic each time you have new questions so that the information can be accessible to other users as well.

First of all I didn’t say that plugin is not working I said we have used popbox Plugin & add Contact Form 7 in popup section but the main issue is showing Whenever we have submitted form the showing error again & again (There was an error trying to send your message, please try again letter.) Please check & resolve it.

I would like to note that the error after submitting the form is not connected to us.

You will need to get in touch with their Support Team and ask them to fix the issue.

But could you please let us know whether the error occurs when you insert the form into another separate post or not.
