    Someone please help. I have my orders go automatically to on-hold. But my customers receive two email one says processing and the other one says on-hold. I want to the orders be on-hold status for 20 mins and then status updated to processing.

    How can I disable the processing email notification to send to the customer when its a new order. I always get the two messages.

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    To disable the processing email that are sent to customers when a new order is placed, please follow the following steps:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails
    2. Scroll down a bit and click the Manage button on the right of Processing order.
    3. Uncheck the Enable this email notification checkbox. https://d.pr/i/ALqZUp
    4. Save changes.
