Adding Spacing/Dimension Properties to core blocks

I would suggest adding the YouTube block to a Group block or another container block. Once you do that, you can use the Dimension, Margin and Padding properties of the parent/container block.

That is a great question. The spacing around blocks can be controlled through the styles section of theme.json.
