    Hi,

By default, WooCommerce does not include a feature to change the product price on the order back end, you will need custom code to achieve that.

An alternative solution could be, to provide the customer a refund, then update the item price, create a new order manually, and send them a new invoice, I understand perhaps this is not what you are looking for.

The other alternative is to give the customer a coupon, please note this method will work when the order is unpaid, as explained here.

Let us know if there are any questions ??

Thank you but I finally found the answer. And it is possible.
So if you want to edit the item cost from an order in Woocommerce you will have to edit the “before discount” light gray field too. Yes, it is editable. If the price in the total field and before discount field matches the unit price will be OK.
